I have 72 product catalogs for both the Audio Line and the TV line and I don't see anything that looks exactly like what you have.

'The closest thing looks like the tuner in one of the StereoRama units. The tuning dial and 2 large knobs on the right ar approximately the same. It does however lack the set of push-button controls that are on the left of your unit.
