Appears to be a 3 channel set-up.

Note that VM, unlike almost all other console manufacturers, made an effort to isolate the speakers from the turntable. One photo shows some sort of molded cover under the changer.

I think it's just a two-channel unit, single ended probably 6BQ5's and a PT. Carbonneau speakers which is normal for VM. It sold for $229.98 in 1963. If the Badger was running it would be an easy trip, jump on the Badger in Ludington and get off the Badger in Manitowoc. Whether driving or sailing it would be an expensive trip so I will wait for one closer to home.
