Pickn's still slim around here. Here's one in Tennessee.

That's such a nice, clean Astrosonic.

The light finish makes it attractive, and
it is a compact size cabinet.

Is that some sort of cross-over network board
on the bottom of the cabinet ?

I'm not much of a fan of blonde cabinets, but that one is nice. The grillework sets off the cabinet nicely. Methinks it is older than the '70's. Those are the same knobs I have on my tube '63 model console. I'm guessing 1963-'64. ;)

I lived in Kingsport, right next door, for a year in 1970. Seems like yesterday.... The reference to "tri-cities" is to Kingsport--Johnson- City--Bristol TN/VA (the state line runs don the main street). Bristol is a famous early country music recording town; Carter Family, among many others, from the area. Kingsport was a paper mill town. If you've been near a paper mill, you'll know the smell. After living there for a year, it became a familiar and acceptable note, and now I get all nostalgic when smell a paper mill. And that's where I bought and drove my little '62 Corvair Monza, a very nice little car.

It looks like a cross over network from the diagram on the cabinet bottom.
