I know Webcor was fairly popular but I never see them. GW rarely has this sort of furniture but I found a blonde Zenith SFD2505 for $15 at the "bin store" near me.
I rarely venture in there for obvious reasons, always something good in those bins nobody is interested in

The GW's around me never have anything good, and if there are any electronics it's the cheap modern plastic stuff that nobody wants.

I was shocked to see it as well. I have no idea who may have sold it new in scranton. I also found a really nice Curtis -Mathis console (with radio) about 2 years ago.
Would I have nabbed it--yes but I still have to get rid of my parent's stuff and...
It would have been a nice record player for the sunroom but I have the fisher executive that can more than accommodate the house. With lp, radio and r2r, it's an entertainment system. And I also have the 500B with a garrard A2 in the living room.
