Tina Turner died. There's a good obit in the NYT. I listened to "A fool in Love," bouncing along at my office with the headphones on. What a great pop tune, and listen to her aye-yi-yi-ing along.

I think that "A Fool in Love" was their first success.

I never heard it before now, and it's great to hear her
voice that was already formed in her unique style.
