Hudson???

Has anyone ever heard of Hudson? I found this, and someone did not help it any with what they did. Very sad, but nice-looking unit.

I worked on a Hudson radio from the 1930's for a guy in our car club. The one I worked on had a Wells-Gardner chassis. These were sold by Hudson department stores. The electronics style looks suspiciously like Fisher or Pilot or something like that. Whomever put the Rat Shack guts in this one ruined it. The chances of finding replacements is pretty slim. That's too bad.
