This is standard furniture style for Zenith it seems, this is a 1959 front-panel.

I may need to sell my 1963 MK2635, which looks similar and is a lift lid.

I have always liked that style of Zenith. It leaves the top of the cabinet wide open to display other toys. The changer is VM so it should be an easy fix to bring that back to life. Is that PP or single ended?

Does that one have a real Zenith Radionic cartridge system, or is it just a Cobra-headed arm with an ordinary ceramic?

The Radionic cartridge was gone by the mid-1950s.

I had a 1957 HF1284 with a mono cobramatic, had an extra 6J5 on a small sub-chassis, but I confirmed it was that plug-in ceramic and not the radionic.

Bill, Chassis 7B30 just like one I'm working on for someone, its the PP EL84. Tuner is a 12-tube with mpx and "extended stereo" and "presence" control.

Truthfully, I envied anyone having these front-access TOTL models, Motorola made few in this configuration.
I paid for it just now  , but this is close enough and buy it now. This one is a big step up from my MH2635 (I paid $50 for and have yet to restore) which I now need to sell
