Digital camera, one year later....
I posted about a digital camera I bought a year ago about this time. It's a Kodak that I got from Walmart. I finally had to replace the four AA batteries that power it last evening. I took 349 pictures on one set of batteries. My old camera ate batteries. My only gripe about this one is that I have to set it for close-up shots every time I want to use it. Surely there is a setting someplace I'm overlooking. Otherwise I like it. I know, I know, EVERYBODY uses their phone.........

I like my camera's pictures better than my phone's pictures. My phone is much better at making calls than my camera. There's a place for each.

Re: Digital camera, one year later....
My very old iPad (which was a gift because I would never spend the money to buy one) takes excellent photos, better than my very, very, very, old digital camera. I'm sure age as something to do with photo quality, and my digital camera eats batteries too. The best thing I like about taking photos with the iPad is, I can take a photo, look at it to make sure I'm happy with it, and then with about 3 clicks I can send it to whoever I want without loading them in the computer. If I want to keep the photo I send it to the cloud, or I can delete with just one click. One of these days the old iPad will give up the ghost and then it's back to the digital camera.

The camera was cheap, and I got money off, or I wouldn't own it. My phone is cheap as well, probably why it is hard to get good pics with it. I don't see any use in springing for expensive tech when I won't use all its capability.
