But really... who knew you could buy a new 1946 radio?

I have a Stewart Warner like the one you posted. It has miniature tubes, so mine might be some newer than 1946. I'm not sure of the model number of mine. It is a good performer with a 50B5 output tube and the typical AA5 tube complement.

I've always liked the looks of those RCA 56X3's. I guess If I ever get one, it will be by thinking outside the box.
