Here's two Stromberg-Carlson's with beautiful cabinets. I think the darker one is like Greg's and has the correct changer. The lighter cabinet has an upgraded Garrard changer. Both seem rather expensive.

Stromberg-Carlson made good equipment. Mine has a stereo Garrard changer of some description. Probably a better solution that the 78-only original.
Life can be tough. It can be even tougher if you're stupid.....

Both of those beauties use the same cart for 78's I do...The immortal GE VR-II.

For my LP's it is a Stanton 681EEE.
