An update on the updates....

Mark and I were both committed to "life getting in the way" this past week, so we didn't get much done on the updates. I see the Gallery is on my ACP, so it is on it's way. Literature is more of an issue. I am hesitant to include it in Downloads in case it has to be moved. Successfully moving all the literature files is not guaranteed. They would have to be posted again in that case. I'd like to avoid that. I LOVE the burgundy style, exactly what I was thinking about when I started this procedure. Those who don't care for it may choose one of the other styles when that time comes. Please remember when posting in Downloads, to include the manufacturer in all capital letters, followed by the model number, then followed by nomenclature. We have done pretty good with posting the manufacturer in capital letters, but fall down a bit on the other two. I will continue to edit as necessary until everybody becomes more familiar with everything. We are getting a pretty good collection of amp schematics. It is vital we keep the files neat in Downloads and oriented correctly. They may not post alphabetically. There is a search function that may take the place of alphabetical order. In order for the search function to work, files have to be posted correctly. I have some to post when I get a minute. We appreciate your patience while the forum is undergoing construction.

Is there to be a section for Literature, Service Info, or Pic Downloads? I'm not seeing it.

Yes, Roger, there is. Refer to the original post in this topic. Downloads is in the navbar under the header at the top of the index page, and is available for use. It is for service information and schematics only. "Literature" is being delayed, pending either updating the current extension, or the creation of a new one, compatible with the latest version of the forum software. "Literature" will be for printed material, pertinent to electronics that we discuss on the forum. "Gallery" is here, just not yet completely formatted and available for use. This past week has been extremely busy for me, taking me away from working on updates. I hope to have them complete by our anniversary, July 9, but that depends on Mark's availability between now and then.

OK must have missed that 1st post entirely.
We've been shuttling back and forth between home and camp - 300 mi each way - every 7 to 9 days since early May. Between that, maintaining both places, plus dealing with boat and summer stuff, the last visit here I didn't even set foot on the beach, too much to do. I'm about worn out, distracted, forgetting things, and summer is just starting. Downsizing will have to happen before too many more years, too much to deal with. We literally just got to camp after 6 hours of driving in rain... I need a nice cold beer right now, and a slower lifestyle very soon.
