Downloads update

Mark is still working on the forum. There are a couple things that need to be done in order to get Downloads like I want it. When you post, please make sure you use all capital letters in the manufacturer name, followed by the model number, followed by nomenclature. There is a box down lower where you can add a description. Files can't be opened and viewed on the forum. You download the file, open it on your device. Please post descriptions that are informative, not chatty. You should see a gold image just to the left of the manufacturer name in each post. This gold image informs you that you are authorized to download the file. If you get a red circle with a line thru it, that means you don't have permission to download the file. Let me know it that happens to you. A blue image means the post has been edited for some reason. The most common reason I edit is to make sure MANUFACTURER name is in all capital letters. I will edit for the first month or so. After that, I'll edit it for you if you will contact me to make sure it's been posted correctly. It's not that complicated and it is important we keep things neat as we can and uniform in appearance. I hope we can implement our "three post" rule where new members have to post three moderator-approved posts before they have access to Downloads. This necessary for security purposes. Cleaning up porn or other inappropriate content is no fun. There may be whining about this rule, but I can't help it. We need to know who is on our forum.
