While we. are talking about changers, I'll ask again. My freebie Home-Mark console has a V-M changer, more or less a 1265 model. It has a #$*&!! Molex power connector and the wires pulled out of the Molex. @#(*&%!!!! Do not push my Molex button. They are the Yugo of the connector designs.
There are three wires. As I understand it, one is neutral, one is always-on hot so the changer can complete its shut-down cycle if the power is turned off at the radio/amp chassis, and on is on/off with the radio/amp.
Problem is, the wires from the radio/amp are not color-coded. They are all blue.
If somebody has a 1200 later series, could you do a photo showing which power wire is which?
When I'm visiting the console, as I did today, I usually don't have a good VOM with me, and a visual guide would be a help t getting the wires back where they belong without undue excitement.

Re: V-M wiring
It may be an Amplok connector. I have a changer out. I can get a picture and get it posted for you.
Life can be tough. It can be even tougher if you're stupid.....

Re: V-M wiring
Going by memory here,a dangerous thing to do, my recall is that the connector is not integrated with a switch. I'll have to look next weekend.
