Elton, didn't you have this problem once before? I'll check when I get home on my desktop computer. I'm at work on my phone so I'll see what I can do.

I don't set permission by individual members, but by "registered users" which means anybody who is a member of the forum. Moderators then have moderating permissions in addition to the "registered users" permissions. Both my accounts work okay, but we expect that from the admin account. Give me time to go thru each permission and see if a setting came "unset". That has happened before. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

The "traffic limits" is the default setting, and one this extension really likes. Traffic limits got turned on. I hadn't checked in a month or so, since I hadn't been seeing it activated for some time. I let my guard down, so, naturally, it decided to reset itself. The Downloads extension is not one of the better ones they have written. I'm glad we have it, but it takes more attention to keep the settings right than I have had the time lately to give it. Try again and let me know if you have trouble. Every member has full authority or "permissions" to upload and download to their heart's content. Guests can read, but can't post or download.
Thank you, Elton, for posting the fault code you were getting. That turned the light bulb on.....
