Classic Hifi Care

We all know that gas is five bucks a gallon, your bill at the grocery store looks like a phone number, rent is unaffordable. But yet retailers think people will spend three dollars for........wait for it....."Glowing Zombie Poop". Three bucks for 75 pieces of this amazing product. I'm not kidding. I have pictures that I will share when I get home on my desktop computer.

A Halloween product? That holiday, once a fun event for kids, has been taken over by adults. They are paying substantial amounts to have the biggest blow-up device, the webbiest fake spider webs, etc.

It is. This store has ten semi loads of candy..There are 5,000 stores in the company. Do you realize how much candy that is? Childhood obesity and diabetes are rampant. Yet we have candy stacked to the rafters. No more black cats and witches. Skeletons and zombies have taken over. Corporate greed is ruining Halloween for the kids....

A big part of the Halloween experience was what you could imagine out the dark, related to the Halloween stories you had heard. The imagination is a powerful instrument. Now all the zombies and witches and evil-doers are explicit and fully lighted. That takes all the fun out of it.

The candy part would be less damaging if it were an isolated event. But now the sugar is pushed at us from all sides. Speaking from personal weakness, it's hard to resist.

Yeah, the wife got a bag of 3 Musketeers Minis the other day. I love those things, but haven't had any in years.

When I was little, though they already had the big-bags-o'-candy, there were also folks who still made treats for the kids. we always appreciated those. I'd tell my mother about it and she would tell me how they did the same for her when she was little. I wish all kids could have a fun, exciting, safe, avarice free experience like I did as a kid.
