This stereo piqued my interest with its nicely stylized cabinet.
Never seen one of these.
What model do ya'll think ?
Price is not bad at $90, and it has the buyer ephemera.

Re: 1959-60 ? Magnavox Console
It kind of looks like a Magnavox 1ST223 which is in the 1960 and the 1960, maybe 1961 brochure/catalog found in the downloads. The ones pictured in the two brochures have the scalped back trim which this one does not have.

1961 maybe, the micromatic was not used in 1960. I have serviced a few of these and have one too
. $90 is a fair price, it looks very clean.
The amp uses single-ended 6BQ5s and a 6EU7, which is harder to find should you need it. I converted two of these to use a common 12AX7 by simply rewiring the tube socket when I recapped it. No change in performance.
The tuner in these can be a bit goofy, simple to clean up and adjust but there is no preamp tube on the tuner chassis.

Re: 1959-60 ? Magnavox Console
I believe that is a Conquest changer. The S-600 changer started with the 1961 models. Magnavox used the "Micromatic" nomenclature on all their changers, certainly during the stereo era. As far as I'm concerned, the f-200 Conquest changers and the later S-600 changers are identical (or really similar) mechanically. The tone arm, the overarm and some trim are the main differences.

That is a Collaro "Custom" changer, an M,K,or L600 per
the Sams.
"Custom" is printed on lower right of changer base.
Same cycling mech and tower controls as later S600.
Both with drive and idler wheels.
Magnavox used the "Custom" label on some earlier
changers, with a "Custom" badge in the upper
left of the changer base.

What is the difference between that "Custom" changer and the Conquest?
