The price on this might not be all that far out of line. All this would be good for is the components. Nobody cuts records anymore.

Nothing in there that cuts records.
Rek-O-Kut is a turntable company.
And yes, there are several custom shops that will make analog records in all the popular formats from your recordings.

Interesting amalgamation. The Fisher is a decent piece and the cabinet isn't ugly but the price is...
There's a story to it for sure.

The Fisher 101R (1958) tuner I have, it is mono but as fine a piece as my Sherwood S-2200, also a high quality AM-FM tuner that allows for that goofy AM-FM simulcast stereo.
FM stereo broadcast was experimental but stereo tape and records were the state of the art, so the DynaKit PAS-3 was a great choice but the amplifier in this piece is a mystery, if there still is one.

Text says it's a Dyna Stereo 70.

Exactly, I missed a few things and PAS-2 is what I have as well, same dull finish. Too late to edit, I later saw the Stereo 70, which usually needs a replacement/upgrade pc board for 12AX7 drivers, this looks like original what was using 7199s. Agreed, that is 5x too much $
