Classic Hifi Care

We have a member who is having an issue not having permission to upload a file in Downloads. What do you guys see? I can see Moderators and Admin, but I can't see what members see. If some of you would let me know what your experience has been, I'd appreciate it. There should be an orange box in the upper lefthand corner of a topic that says "Upload a file". I need to see if you guys can see that orange box, and also the green box in a file that says "Download". Thank you.

Greg, I can see the green "Download" box at the bottom right, but don't see any orange box.

The orange box will appear when you click on to a topic. The green box will appear when you click on a file.

For troubleshooting purposes I need to know this. Do you have the issue on every topic, or just specific ones? Can you upload to Literature?

When I click on the Topic "Radio Chassis" for example I see neither orange or green boxes.
Same thing for all the others.

Thanks, Roger. That gives me a place to start and is consistent with what the other member was experiencing. Now that I know it is everybody with the issue, it may narrow the search.

I found some setting that were not set right. Now see if you have permission. You should have all permissions for all topics in Downloads. The only permission you don't have is moderation. I went thru the entire Downloads setup procedure one more time. Let me know what you see.
