Here's a Magnavox that has a unique control panel.

I've seen that control panel/tuner arrangement used on the lower-end models of the 1962-ish vintage. Probably a single-ended amp like the 86 series, with maybe a 12" woofer and a 4" tweeter per channel, something like that. It is still a Magnavox.

I have seen an entry level SS with that panel layout. That one had a newer looking and smaller cabinet with oddly downsized later style micromatic.
This one looks like a normal W600 series 62-64?

Magnavox sold the tube models and solid state models, many times in the same cabinet, for the 1963 model year. I didn't see "Astro-Sonic" on this thing anywhere, but I may have missed it. Normally, in the early years, Magnavox was proud of their solid state line, so they plastered nomenclature in large letters. IIRC, there was a member on Vintage who posted about one of these that was all-tube.
