I saw this item online at a Washington state Goodwill.

The record changer caught my eye.

I found out the changer is a Farnsworth P-73.

The service tags are also interesting.

Look at that abbreviated phone number for
the town of Ritzville ! I love that name.

Radio Museum lists it as a 1951 model. I would have thought it was earlier than that, maybe by ten years or so? Certainly has an interesting record player. All octal tubes would date it earlier than 1951 along with the 78-only record player. IT sure was worked on a lot between 1950 and 1953. AA6 tube chassis. The tone arm appears to be relatively light weight.
