I'm wondering what transportation costs are doing to the sales/desirability of Concert Grands and similar large instruments. Even if you were to go get it yourself, gas prices would make even that fairly spendy. It might cost $1000 or more to have this thing crated and shipped from back east out here. This instrument is not perfect, so you'd be in it $2500 before restoration expenses. That would make it not worth the effort for many collectors.
