Re: Switch issues
I found the correct switch and installed it ... now the console plays as it should ... the more I play it, the more I think it sounds better than the astro sonic Imperial ... in the basement it picks up FM stations no problem across the dial...now I just have to deal with the benzel ... I took it to an automotive shop and had him computer match the color of the plate ... it turns out it is just a shade of Beige from a ford color chart... then I took it to a sign shop in town to see about the lettering ...they said they could not do it because vinyl lettering that tiny will just peel off , they suggested water slide decals and then sealing over them ... so I will give that a try.... then I will cut the template out on the other end and install the R2R I have, so it will be one step under an imperial... it will be a loaded astro sonic 100...

Re: Switch issues
Glad to hear you got your stereo switch situation taken care of. I use a combination of screen printing, die-cut decals and water slide decals. Each of them has their place and it takes the combination to cover everything you may encounter working with stereos and record player graphics. Good luck....
