Magnavox Museum?
Think you got it bad?....check out these videos ....This guy has a museum of magnavox in his basement, but he worked for Magnavox ....here he demos a Imperial astrosonic ... Glad I have one , as the way he explains it , these were not sold everywhere ....this looks to be the aegean model from the catalogue ... Sheer insanity. $1095 in 1967? Big whoop, a Fisher President sold for over twice as much.

I reached out to this guy, his name is Jim, he says he worked for magnavox till they closed in the 70's... he knows a lot of info about Magnavox... I sent him a link and invited him to join the forum and impart some of his knowledge on us .... maybe he will maybe not ... doesn't hurt to try
